Match payment notices to receivables
Get payment notices from each retailer's Web-EDI and match them to receivables. AI suggests why amounts differ, such as rebates or returns; accounting confirms.

The problem today
Retailers' payments often differ from invoiced amounts after discounts, rebates, returns, and distribution center fees are deducted. Accounting downloads payment data from each Web-EDI, matches it to invoice lines, and works out the reason for each difference.

- Match against invoice lines and mark matches for clearingAutomatic
- AI suggests reasons for differences from the payment notice linesAI judgment
- Accounting confirms the reasons and approves clearingApproval
- Export a CSV for the accounting systemAutomatic
What AI does
Suggests reasons such as discounts, rebates, returns, or center fees from the item names and amounts on payment notices, quoting the lines it relied on.
Where people decide
Accounting confirms reasons and clears receivables only after review. Unexplained differences go to the retailer for confirmation.
