| Price | Kitewell Personal: ¥3,000 per month (¥3,300 including tax) for one computer. Orders from outside Japan are charged in US dollars: USD 20 per month, excluding tax. Plans for organizations, including Kitewell Team, are quoted individually. |
| Other charges | Yen prices are shown with 10% consumption tax included alongside. US dollar prices exclude tax, which may be added as local law requires. Payments in US dollars may incur currency conversion fees set by your card issuer. Internet connection and communication charges are the customer’s responsibility. Charges for external services the customer uses, such as AI models, are paid separately to their providers. |

| Returns and cancellation | Because of the nature of the service, no returns or refunds are given. Kitewell Personal can be cancelled at any time and remains usable until the end of the current billing period; there is no prorated refund. Seven days after a plan ends, projects, workflows, and API keys beyond the free plan stop running; nothing is deleted, and they run again when you subscribe. Plans for organizations follow their contract. |
